Notice for payment of gratuity as determined by Competent/Appellate AuthorityDefined in rule 2(c): Appellate authority means in Central sphere, the Central Government or the authority specified by the Central Government under sub section (8) of section 56 or in State sphere, an officer, senior in rank to the Assessing Officer for the purposes of section 105, appointed by the State Government, as the case may be; ...
