28. Terms and conditions for operation of scheme for other beneficiaries.--
The terms and conditions for providing benefits under the scheme for other beneficiaries under section 44, such as may be notified, by the Central Government from time to time and user charges shall be as specified by the Corporation from time to time, with the prior approval of the Central Government.
