Rule 2 Definitions
In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,--
(a) "ActDefined in rule 2(a): the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013." means the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) ActDefined in rule 2(a): the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013., 2013 (14 of 2013);
(b) "complaintDefined in rule 2(b): the complaint made under section 9 of the Act." means the complaintDefined in rule 2(b): the complaint made under section 9 of the Act. made under section 9;
(c) "Complaints CommitteeDefined in rule 2(c): the Internal Committee or the Local Committee, as the case may be." means the Internal Committee or the Local Committee, as the case may be;
(d) "incidentDefined in rule 2(d): an incident of sexual harassment as defined in section 2(n) of the Act." means an incidentDefined in rule 2(d): an incident of sexual harassment as defined in section 2(n) of the Act. of sexual harassment as defined in clause (n) of section 2;

(g) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the ActDefined in rule 2(a): the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the ActDefined in rule 2(a): the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013..
