97. Appeal. --
(1) The appellate authority under sub-section (1) of section 52 of the CodeDefined in rule 2(a): Code means the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) shall be notified by the Central Government, issued from time to time.
(2) The formDefined in rule 2(b): FORM means FORMS annexed in Annexure VII to these rules and the fees for this purpose will be specified by general or special order by Central Government issued from time to time.
