The following Forms are set out in the AnnexureDefined in rule 2(b): Annexure means Annexure enclosed to these Rules to these rules. They are filed electronically on the MCA portal and their layouts are not reproduced here.
FormDefined in rule 2(d): Form or e Form means a form set forth in Annexure to these rules which shall be used for the matter to which it relates MSC-1 | Application to the Registrar for obtaining the status of dormant company (rule 3). Substituted by G.S.R. 46(E), dated 20th January, 2023, w.e.f. 23rd January, 2023.
FormDefined in rule 2(d): Form or e Form means a form set forth in Annexure to these rules which shall be used for the matter to which it relates MSC-2 | Certificate of status of dormant company issued by the Registrar (rule 4).
