16. Offer of settlement by parties
(1) Any party to the proceeding may," without prejudice" offer a settlement to the other party at any stage of proceedings, with a notice to the mediator or conciliator.
(2) Any party to the proceeding may make a, "with prejudice" offer to the other party at any stage of the proceedings with a notice to the mediator or conciliator.
