Section 112 Representation of President and Governors in meetings

112. Representation of President and Governors in meetings.—
(1) The President of India or the Governor of a State, if he is a memberDefined in section 2(55): member, in relation to a company, means the subscriber to the memorandum entered in the register of members, every other person who agrees in writing to become a member and is entered in the register of members, and every person holding shares whose name is entered as a beneficial owner in depository records. of a company, may appoint such person as he thinks fit to act as his representative at any meeting of the company or at any meeting of any class of members of the company.
