43. Cessation of membership. - If a memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board of the BoardDefined in rule 2(e): Board means the Central Advisory Board constituted by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 42 fails to attend three consecutive meetings without prior intimation to the ChairpersonDefined in rule 2(f): Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board, he shall cease to be a memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board thereof.
