35. Method of voting.- Voting in the BoardDefined in rule 2(e): Board means the Central Advisory Board constituted by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 42 shall ordinarily be by show of hands, but if any memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board asks for voting by ballot or if the ChairpersonDefined in rule 2(f): Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board so decides, the voting shall be by secret ballot and held in the manner as the ChairpersonDefined in rule 2(f): Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board may decide.
