1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the CodeDefined in rule 2(g): Code means the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019) on Wages (Central) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
