Section 127 Interest on amount due
127. Interest on amount due.--
Except where expressly provided otherwise in this Code, the employer shall be liable to pay simple interest at such rate as may be notified from time to time by the Central
Government, from the date on which any amount has become due under this Code till the date of its actual payment.
